Starry, Starry Nights -------- Wow! This technique produces DRAMATIC results! You will love the results when you stamp images in permanent black ink, watercolor them and then foil selected areas. For an awesome finish, we will make the “starry” skies with Crystal Lacquer and tiny diamond and star glitter. Please bring your heat gun, a pair of scissors, an X-ACTO knife, a cutting mat, a straight-edge, and a number 10 round watercolor brush.
